Tollywood actresses give a glimpse of Diwali celebrations

They appear in the most glamorous avatar on the screen. Tollywood actresses also share sultry pictures of themselves on Instagram regularly. Off the screen, however, they are like any other girl-next-door: simple, and sweet, celebrate festivals in the traditional way with utmost bhakti and dedication.

Unlike in the past, this year everyone, including the celebrities, had celebrated Diwali in a quitter way, largely stayed away from bursting crackers due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Giving a glimpse of celebrations at their residence, actresses like Pooja Hegde, Raashi Khanna, Shruti Haasan, Katrina Kaif, Aishwarya Rajesh Rakul Preet Singh, Lavanya Tripathi, Paayal Rajput, etc, shared the photographs on social media.

Many of them wore saris, kurtas, and lehengas for this festive occasion.

Pooja Hegde celebrated Diwali with her parents and brother this year at her Mumbai residence. Pooja Hegde is currently acting in ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’.

Raashi Khanna went to Delhi to enjoy the festive mood at her home.

Lavanya Tripathi went to her hometown Dehradun in Uttarakhand to be with her parents, and sister for the festival. She has ‘Chaavu Kaburu Challaga’ and ‘A1 Express’ ready for release.

Shruti Haasan celebrated the festival with her friends this year. She will join the sets of Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Vakeel Saab’ shortly. She has completed her work for Ravi Teja’s upcoming release, Krack.

Rakul Preet is in Mumbai. She will come down to Hyderabad to participate in the shoot of her next films. She recently wrapped up Krish’s untitled film.

Paayal Rajput did ‘Laxmi Pooja’ and celebrated at her home. Contrary to her on-screen image, Paayal Rajput has a devotional bent.
