Director Parasuram of ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ has commenced media promotions a week before the release of the movie. The director informed the media that the script was written for Mahesh Babu only.
He also denied the reports that Allu Arjun was the first choice for this project. “No. Directing Mahesh Babu is my long-time dream since I worked as an assistant director for ‘Pokiri’. While filming ‘Geetha Govindham’, I got this story idea and developed it after I got a call from Mahesh Babu. So, I wrote for Mahesh Babu and made it with him,” he said.
Parasuram also informed that he will direct Naga Chaitanya next. Parasuram and Naga Chaitanya were to team up three years ago but the director got a call from Mahesh Babu. Now, he will begin working on Naga Chaitanya’s film.
‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is set to hit the theaters on May 12, 2022.
