After many years, Prabhas made an appearance at his film event. He graced the pre-release event of “The Raja Saab,” held on Saturday at Khaitlapur Stadium, KPHB, Hyderabad. Speaking at the event, Prabhas declared that the film has a unique point and that the climax will surprise everyone.
“I have been doing mass action entertainers. I called Maruthi and asked him to come up with a colourful entertainer, and he came up with this horror comedy. I became an admirer of his writing style. Though it is a horror comedy, it will surprise you, especially the ending,” Prabhas said.
Prabhas also wished success to all the films slated for Sankranthi 2026 release alongside his movie. He particularly mentioned that he always wishes well for seniors, indirectly referring to Chiranjeevi, who is coming up with Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.
“I have learned from my seniors. I always wish the best for them. Their films should do well. Along with all the Sankranthi films, if my film also runs well, I would be happy,” he added.
Prabhas appeared upbeat while meeting fans and was seen sporting a full beard, reportedly for his next film “Spirit,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Actresses Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar also dazzled with their presence and spoke highly of Prabhas’s nature and the film. “The Raja Saab” is directed by Maruthi and produced by People Media Factory’s TG Vishwa Prasad, with music composed by Thaman. The film is scheduled for release on January 9, 2026.
