Many years ago, Allu Arjun landed in controversy and earned the wrath of Pawan Kalyan’s fans with his infamous “Cheppanu Brother” remark. When fans urged him to mention his uncle’s name on stage, he firmly responded that he would not. That moment widened the gap between Pawan Kalyan’s fans and Allu Arjun’s so-called army.

The divide deepened further when Allu Arjun campaigned for a YSRCP candidate in an election where Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party was in the fray. It gave the impression that he had distanced himself from the Chiranjeevi–Pawan Kalyan family altogether.

But circumstances have changed. Today, Pawan Kalyan holds the position of Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and is a key figure in the NDA government at the Centre. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s own stance has mellowed, especially after his brief jailing incident related to a Pushpa 2 theatre stampede case, which many believed had little to do with him directly.

In recent months, Allu Arjun and his father Allu Aravind have made visible efforts to reconnect with the Mega family. The reconciliation became more evident after the demise of Allu Arjun’s grandmother, Allu Kanakaratnam, when both families came together.

Today, on Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, Allu Arjun wasted no time in extending his wishes. In the early hours, he shared a picture with Pawan Kalyan on social media, warmly greeting his uncle on the special occasion.
