Despite Telugu flops, Raashii Khanna wraps up another Bollywood film

Raashii Khanna may be going through a rough phase in Telugu cinema, but her Bollywood career continues to move forward. Her recent Telugu release, Ustaad Bhagat Singh opposite Pawan Kalyan, ended up as a box-office disappointment. Before that, Telusu Kada, co-starring Siddu Jonnalagadda, also failed to make an impact. With back-to-back flops in Telugu, Raashii is yet to regain her footing in the industry.

However, the actress continues to land significant projects in Hindi cinema. She has now wrapped up shooting for director Anees Bazmee’s upcoming comedy, which stars Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead roles.

Marking the completion of the shoot, Raashii shared an emotional note on Instagram, describing the project as one of the most physically demanding experiences of her career.

“I’ve always believed that every schedule teaches you something, and this one reminded me how much strength comes from the people around you. Falling sick in the middle of a shoot is never ideal, and there were moments when I genuinely had to push myself physically,” she wrote.

While success has eluded her in Telugu cinema of late, Raashii appears to be strengthening her presence in Bollywood with another high-profile project.
