While several productions have resumed the shoots recently, director Puri Jagannadh is not talking about its resumption. Our sources say, Puri is planning to shoot the next schedule in a foreign country. The film needs a Chinese/Taiwanese boxer to come down to the sets to portray a boxing champion’s role. Instead of bringing him to India, he plans to shoot in a country where the COVID19 situation is under control.

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya

This is the reason why Puri is not announcing the next schedule. He is currently staying in Mumbai. The film is co-produced by Karan Johar and the Bollywood producer is mired in controversies in connection with nepotism and the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. So, he is keeping low. Karan Johar is said to have informed Puri to wait for another month to begin the shoot again.

While Vijay Deverakonda will appear as a boxer, Ananya Panday is the heroine in this film. Ramya Krishna and Ronit Roy are also part of the cast. To be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam languages, the pan-India project is aiming for the summer 2021 release.
