The number of Telugu film celebrities testing positive to the coronavirus in the second wave of the pandemic is growing at alarm levels. Every other day, we are getting news of a celebrity contracting COVID-19.
Now, Pujita Ponnada has tested positive for coronavirus. “This morning, I have tested positive for COVID. I have isolated myself at home and taking necessary medication,” she posted on her Instagram page.
Requesting everyone to take care of themselves, she added, “I request those who met me recently get tested. Please stay at home, stay safe and take care of yourselves. We can win this together. (sic”
Pujita Ponnada shot to fame with a small role in ‘Rangasthalam’ and went on to play lead roles in films such as Raj Tarun’s ‘Raju Gadu’, ‘Brand Babu’. She also played key roles in Rajasekhar’s ‘Kalki’, and Keerthy Suresh’s ‘Miss India’.
