‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ is set for release in 3D
Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu are joining forces once again for “Akhanda 2: Thaandavam.” Produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta, the film is gearing up for a grand worldwide release on December 5, 2025.
The makers unveiled a major update today, confirming that the film will also be released in 3D.
Speaking at the event, director Boyapati Srinu said, “We are presenting the film in 3D to offer a powerful theatrical experience to Balakrishna garu’s fans and the audience. The impact will be phenomenal in 3D. This film represents the soul of India. It reflects the religion and courage of our country. While many nations follow various religions, Sanatana Dharma thrives only here. The film is built on that foundation.”
Producer Gopi Achanta added, “We felt the story, scale, and locations demanded a 3D presentation. We had the time to perfect it, and the output is extraordinary. Visually, it will be a stunning experience.”
‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ features Nandamuri Balakrishna in dual role with Samyuktha playing the main female lead. Pragya Jaiswal also plays another key role. Thaman has given the music.
