‘Agent’ will hit the theaters on August 12. The Independence Day weekend was chosen as the release date as the film also patriotic elements in the story.
Malayalam legendary actor Mammootty is playing a crucial role. He has joined the shoot recently. Newcomer Sakshi Vaidya is being introduced as the heroine. Rambrahmam Sukankara and Surender Reddy are jointly producing the film.
Akhil had scored an average grosser last year with ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ and he is betting high on this film. He underwent a massive transformation to play a spy.
