The shoot of ‘Pushpa’ is progressing at a rapid pace. Uncharacteristically, director Sukumar is not taking many gaps between shoot schedules. Sukumar gets respect for his unique talent and exceptional narrative skills. However, all his producers complain of his ‘chekkudu’ (shooting endlessly until he gets perfection), which escalates budget and number of days for production.
But Sukumar is more of a different filmmaker now. He is filming his current film, ‘Pushpa’, with little delays. Allu Arjun is said to have been surprised with Sukumar’s determination and his focused approach. Bunny is now confident that the film would get finished in the scheduled time.
‘Pushpa’ is set in the backdrop of the smuggling of the red sanders. The film is set in the Seshachalam forest in Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh.
The film recently suffered a production delay due to COVID19. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the action drama has Rashmika Mandanna.
