According to media and social media reports, actress Anasuya has announced her intention to canvass for the Jana Sena party. Today, she clarified that her remarks had been twisted by some people.
She seemed to be irritated that every word of hers is being turned into a controversy. “Even if I cough or sneeze, it is making to the headlines,” she slammed.
“During an interview, I was asked about my political opinions and whether I would campaign for Pawan Kalyan. I responded that Pawan Kalyan is a terrific leader, and if he asks me to campaign for him, I will. I did not express a willingness to canvass for him,” she explained.
“If any good leader, regardless of party, seeks my support, I will lend it,” Anasuya further added.
She also stated that she will act in any film if she likes the character assigned to her. She recently appeared in “Razakar,” a film produced by a BJP leader. Anasuya Bharadwaj will next appear in the upcoming biggie “Pushpa 2”.
