Anjali will appear in three Telugu films this year. Among them, “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi” will open in theaters next week. The other film is called “Gangs of Godavari”.
“Gangs of Godavari” stars Vishwak Sen as the hero, with Neha Sshetty as the female lead and Anjali playing another lead role. The actress took to Instagram today to announce that she had completed filming for her role.
She also posted a selfie dressed in her role’s attire, a simple cotton Saree. The accompanying photo shows her pet dog kissing her on the cheeks. “It’s a wrap for gangs of Godavari with lots of kisses from my baby boy,” she wrote in the post.
Her appearance is that of a typical housewife from the Godavari region.
“Gangs of Godavari” is set to be released on May 17th, directed by Krishna Chaitanya and produced by Naga Vamsi.
