Naga Chaitanya scored a dud with ‘Thank You’ last month. The film could not even achieve a Rs 4 crore share from theaters in Andhra Pradesh. Unfortunately, the actor also received another setback.

His maiden Bollywood film, Laal Singh Chaddha, starring superstar Aamir Khan in the lead role, was released to a tepid response. The film is struggling to lure audiences to the theaters. On the first day, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ garnered mere Rs 12 Cr nett in India. The second-day gross is even lower than that (about Rs 7 Cr).
As things stand today, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is likely to be a disaster.
For Naga Chaitanya, it is a bad start in Bollywood. Though he won decent reviews for his acting, the box office result is negative.
