Anushka too joins Christmas race?
We have already reported that two films will be fighting out their fate during the festive occasion of Christmas. One is Nani starrer ‘MCA’ and Akhil’s second film, which is being directed by Vikram Kumar.
The latest news that is doing rounds is that Anushka starrer ‘Bhagmati’ is also planning to join the Christmas race. This means that Christmas this year will be crowded in Tollywood. ‘Bhagmati’ needs another two or three months of post-production work.
Since Sankranti will have its share of big films like PK 25, Mahesh’s ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’ and Balakrishna’s movie, the makers of Bhagmati will try their best to release the film during Christmas.
Bhagmati is a modern day thriller and not a periodic film. The film is directed by Ashok who shot to fame with the film Pilla Zamindar. The film also stars Malayalam actor Jayaram, Unni Mukundan and Aadi Pinisetty. S S Thaman has given the music for Bhagmati.
