The Los Angeles-based Indian actress, who gained prominence globally with her American web dramas, is making her Telugu debut in SS Rajamouli’s globe-trotting adventure drama that features Mahesh Babu as the main protagonist.
Priyanka Chopra recently wrapped some work on Rajamouli — Mahesh Babu’s untitled film (#SSMB29) in Hyderabad as well as Koraput in Odisha. The latest talk is that the makers of Allu Arjun’s next film are considering roping her in.
Atlee considers Priyanka Chopra!
Director Atlee is set to direct Allu Arjun in a big-budgeted movie. As TeluguCinema.com previously reported, the film will feature multiple actresses, including foreign actresses. Atlee is reportedly considering Priyanka Chopra for one of the important roles. He is likely to approach her.
However, it’s still unclear if she will agree to feature in his film. She prefers Rajamouli’s #SSMB29 to be the first Telugu release in her career over any other movie. So, if Atlee plans to complete and release it before the Rajamouli movie, she may not agree. We have to wait for how things unfold.
