Kamal Haasan and director Shankar’s much-awaited “Bharateeyudu 2 (Indian2),” is gearing up for release. Nearly 28 years after the original film was released, this sequel was made. The film, which has Kamal Haasan returning in the role of Senapathy, will hit the theaters in June.
The film’s post-production is advancing swiftly. The film’s team intends to release an impactful trailer by the end of May. On the eve of Tamil New Year (April), brand new posters of all languages were unveiled.
The posters carry “Zero Tolerance” tagline and also “Senapathy Resurructs” has been added.
“Bharateeyudu 2” continues the story of Senapathy, played by Kamal Haasan, as he fights against corruption.
The ensemble cast is augmented by the actresses Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, and Priya Bhavani Shankar, who contribute to the narrative by bringing additional layers of complexity. SJ Suryah, Siddharth, and Gulshan Grover appear in other important roles.
Anirudh Ravichander is providing the music. “Bharateeyudu 2” (“Indian 2”) is being produced by Subaskaran Allirajah’s Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies.
