CBI today began questioning Rhea Chakraborty in the ongoing investigation of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. This is her first appearance before CBI officials. She had already been grilled by Mumbai police and Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials.
The interrogation is underway in Mumbai.
CBI is probing Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case after Supreme Court ordered the agency to take over the investigation from Mumbai Police. Sushant Singh Rajput filed a case against Rhea accusing her of siphoning off money and abetting the suicide.
In her first Television interview, Rhea shot down all the speculations and rumors about her involvement in financial fraud, drug dealings, and torturing Sushant. She revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput had been under medication for depression.
