Pawan Kalyan stated that common people and political parties should not expect film celebrities to respond to every incident that occurs in society or the political arena. He mentioned it while attending a channel launch.
“Some have wondered why the Telugu film industry’s celebrities have not responded to recent political developments in Andhra Pradesh. People expect celebrities to respond to all of the world’s events. However, this is not possible. Because they are not elected representatives or politicians. They are artists,” said Pawan Kalyan.
He stated that even superstars like Rajinikanth face criticism if they respond to something or other.
Pawan Kalyan agreed that cinema has an impact on society.
The actor-politician is currently concentrating on his Jana Sena party activities rather than acting. Still, films like “OG” and “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” are on the sets. He already completed major work on these projects. Both these films are expected to be released in 2024.
