Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently acting in an action thriller that is being directed by Mohan Raja. ‘Godfather’ is the title fixed for the movie. On the occasion of the Megastar’s birthday, the title and the logo were revealed today.

Jointly produced by Konidela Productions and Super Good Films, the film went to floors recently. It is an official remake of the Malayalam blockbuster ‘Lucifer’ starring Mohanlal.
Mohan Raja has reworked the original Malayalam film, Lucifer, to suit the image of Chiranjeevi. Thus, ‘Lucifer’ has become ‘Godfather’ in Telugu. Thaman is scoring the music.
‘Godfather’ has Sathyadev, and Nayanthara in other important roles. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will make a cameo appearance.
