Megastar Chiranjeevi recently underwent surgery on his hand. He was suffering from pain due to the median nerve in the right hand. The surgery was successfully performed. However, the doctors have advised him to take rest at home for 20 days. He will not participate in the shooting until the first week of November.
As the shooting schedule of his current film, Godfather, has gone haywire, Chiranjeevi is now rethinking two announced projects. He recently announced a film named ‘Bholaa Shankar’ in the direction of Meher Ramesh and ‘Waltair Veerayya’ in the direction of Bobby.
‘Bholaa Shankar’ was to begin the regular shoot in November. But Chiranjeevi has asked the makers to wait for some more time.
He will rethink the shooting schedules of ‘Bholaa Shankar’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’. Should begin both the movies simultaneously in Jan 2022 or take one film after the other? He will come to a decision shortly.
‘Bholaa Shankar’ has Chiranjeevi and Keerthy Suresh as the brother and sister. Tamannaah has been approached to play the female lead, but she has not officially signed on the dotted line. Bobby, on the other hand, has not finalized the female lead for ‘Waltair Veerayya’.
‘Godfather’, being directed by Mohan Raja, completed two schedules. Nayanthara, who plays one of the heroines, needs to give her dates. Salman Khan will also play a guest role in the film.
