The release of megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly anticipated fantasy film “Vishwambhara” has been postponed indefinitely due to delays in post-production and visual effects. Initially set for a January 2025 release, the film was later considered for May 9, but that date has now been ruled out.
Now, the makers are weighing two possible release dates. If the visual effects team completes its work on schedule, “Vishwambhara” could hit theaters on July 24. If not, the release date could potentially shift to August 21, coinciding with Chiranjeevi’s birthday.
Vashista Mallidi, known for his blockbuster debut Bimbisara, directs the film, while Vikram Reddy, Vamsi, and Pramod produce it.
Vishwambhara stars Trisha as the main heroine alongside Chiranjeevi, with Ashika Ranganath playing another key role. Music is composed by MM Keeravani.
