Court grants interim bail to Jacqueline Fernandez


A huge relief came to actress Jacqueline Fernandez who has been facing allegations of involvement in a money laundering case of conman Sukesh Chandrashekar. On Monday, she was granted interim bail by a Delhi court. Her lawyers argued that during the investigation by ED, she had never been arrested.

The court granted her interim bail on a bond of ₹50,000.

Jacqueline was in a relationship with conman Sukesh Chandrashekar a couple of years ago. Sukesh is allegedly involved in Rs 200 crore money laundering scam. He reportedly presented her costly gifts worth crores of rupees.

Due to this case, Jacqueline Fernandez lost the opportunity to play a key role in Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’. She earlier acted with Prabhas in ‘Saaho’.
