Decision on reopening of cinema halls deferred

The government of India today announced new guidelines for the lockdown number 5. The lockdown period has been extended to June 30 in containment zones. The curfew timings have been rescheduled. From night 9 pm to morning 5 am, no movement of individual will be allowed.

Malls, restaurants, places of worship will be reopened from June 8 across the country.

Schools, colleges, educational, training, coaching institutions will be opened after consultations with states and UTs. The decision on reopening of cinema halls has been put on hold. The decision will be taken after assessing the situation with all the states.
