NTR and director Koratala Siva have taken a methodical approach to their latest collaboration. “Devara” is the film on which they are currently working. NTR plays the titular character, and production has been moving quickly since it began in March of this year.
So far, director Koratala Siva has primarily shot action sequences with NTR and fighters, as well as NTR and Saif Ali Khan, in RFC and Taher Studio in Samshabad. A huge ship set against a backdrop of massive blue screens was built at this studio at Samshabad in Hyderabad.
Koratala Siva and NTR decided to film action sequences first, followed by regular drama sequences and songs. Because these episodes necessitate a big number of visual effects. NTR advised the director to film these first so that the VFX quality would be optimal. The team is particular about the visual effects and production design quality.
“Devara,” produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni under his Yuva Sudha Arts banner and Kosaraju Hari in association with Kalyan Ram’s NTR Arts, is one of the most anticipated films of 2024.
Post-RRR, NTR got global recognition and NTR wants to sustain his market globally.
Janhvi Kapoor is making her Telugu debut in this film alongside NTR, and she will begin regular shooting soon. Music is provided by Anirudh Ravichander.
