Dharmendra passes away: Tollywood stars pay tribute
Born in 1935 in Punjab, Dharmendra starred in over 300 films across six decades, excelling as both a rugged action hero and a charming romantic lead.
From the iconic Sholay and Chupke Chupke to classics like Phool Aur Patthar, Yaadon Ki Baaraat, Seeta Aur Geeta, and Dharam Veer, his performances left an indelible mark on Indian cinema, earning him the title “He-Man of Bollywood.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi described his passing as the end of an era, praising the actor’s warmth and humility.
Tollywood stars, including Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and NTR, also offered heartfelt tributes, remembering Dharmendra as the kind of hero every young boy once aspired to be.
