Hyderabad has become a hub for film shootings. Ramoji Film City, one of the biggest film studios in the world, is a favorite destination for Bollywood, Kollywood, and Mollywood stars. Of late, Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay, Yash, Mohanlal, Hrithik Roshan, Suriya, Ajith, and Salman Khan are regularly coming down to Hyderabad for their film shootings.
With so many films and web dramas in production, all film studios are struggling to provide floors and spaces for these productions. Seeing the trend, Allu Arjun’s family recently launched a small studio of their own in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi is also planning a big studio.
The latest to join the trend is Dil Raju, who is a successful producer and distributor in the Telugu industry for almost two decades. He recently became a Pan-India producer by venturing into Bollywood and Kollywood with his productions.
Now the latest news we hear is that he is venturing into studio business. It’s his daughter Hanshitha Reddy’s idea that they should launch a big studio. Dil Raju owns prime land near Shamshabad, close to the International airport. So, he is planning to construct the studio on the land.
There will be an official announcement in this regard soon, a source tells us.
