Contrary to reports, director Trivikram has not finalized any second female lead in his next film featuring Mahesh Babu. The untitled film will start rolling next month if the shootings are permitted.
Currently, Trivikram is in talks with couple of actresses. He has already finalized Pooja Hegde as the main heroine for Mahesh Babu in the film. The second female lead will be played by a younger heroine.
There were reports that Trivikram promised Samyuktha Menon an offer in this film during the filming of ‘Bheemla Nayak’, but they turned out to be false. She is not to be part of this project. “I am not playing any role in Mahesh Babu – Trivikram’s film,” she told the media in a recent interview.
Sources close to Trivikram say he didn’t consider her at all. He has other plans for this role.
