Another controversy is taking place in the Telugu film industry. Following declaration by Sundeep Kishan, who stated that he will not back down from releasing his film on February 9th, the team of Ravi Teja’s “Eagle” was alerted.
It should be noted that “Eagle” was scheduled to be released on January 13, 2024, among films such as “Guntur Kaaram”, “Saindhav”, and “Naa Saami Ranga” during the Sankranthi holiday time. However, Dil Raju and other producers from the Producers Council and Film Chamber persuaded the makers of “Eagle” to shift out of the festival period and requested them to choose a date of their choice.
Dil Raju and Film Chamber then guaranteed the producers of “Eagle” that no other film would compete with it. Thus, the makers of “Eagle” chose February 9th as the new release date.
However, films like as Sundeep Kishan’s “Ooru Peru Bhairavakona”, “Yatra 2”, and “Lal Salaam” (dubbed) are now getting readied to hit the theaters on the same day – February 9, 2024.
So, People Media Factory, the production company behind “Eagle,” addressed a letter to the Film Chamber of Commerce, requesting that it intervene in the matter and ensure that no other film competes with it on the previously scheduled date.
