Actor Rana Daggubati was questioned for seven hours in Hyderabad on Wednesday in a money-laundering probe linked to a 2017 drug case. He was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials.
The ED questioned Rana about drug dealer Kelvin, who is the main accused in this ongoing case. However, Rana is said to have denied knowing Kelvin personally or having any connections with him. He also submitted the bank transactions to the officials. The ED officials are probing whether money laundering took place in the 2017 drug.
Rana was also asked about parties that took place in F Bar in 2017.
The drugs probe that started in 2017 by the Telangana Excise department. ED has sent notices to 12 celebrities in this case. Puri Jagannadh, Charmee Kaur, Rakul Preet Singh, and Nandu were questioned before Rana.
On the work front, Rana is acting in ‘Virata Parvam’ and ‘Bheemla Nayak’.
