Fans caution Buchi Babu and give an ultimatum

Director Buchi Babu Sana made a strong debut with “Uppena” and later impressed Ram Charan with the script of “Peddi” after his project with NTR didn’t materialize.

“Peddi” has been riding high on buzz ever since its promotional content began rolling out. From the title glimpse to songs like “Chikiri Chikiri” and “Rai Raa Raa Raa,” and especially Ram Charan’s wrestler look, everything has generated strong excitement. Fans even began fondly calling Buchi Babu “Thala” for his work.

However, the excitement is now mixed with concern. The film has been postponed for the second time, with Vriddhi Cinemas recently announcing a June release. While the makers stated that only a song remains to be shot, repeated delays have left fans uneasy.

Many are questioning why new dates were announced within a short gap despite pending post-production work. Some feel the film lost a crucial advantage by missing the summer holiday window, especially after building strong hype.

On social media, fans are now urging Buchi Babu not to miss the June deadline, warning that another delay could trigger heavy trolling. The director is currently focused on wrapping up post-production along with cinematographer R. Rathnavelu and music composer A. R. Rahman.
