Weddings and funerals often bring families together, setting aside past differences. The same seems to have happened with cousins Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, whose strained relationship has been a constant topic of discussion among fans.
Once very close, the duo reportedly drifted apart over the years due to several issues. Their equation further soured when Allu Arjun extended support to a YSRC candidate, despite Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena contesting in the same elections. The rift deepened after the results, and even during Allu Arjun’s brief arrest in the Sandhya theatre stampede case, Ram Charan did not publicly extend his support.
However, the passing of their grandmother Allu Kanakaratnam has brought the family together.
Ram Charan, who was shooting for “Peddi” in Mysore, immediately flew down to Hyderabad to attend the funeral. At Allu Aravind’s residence, Ram Charan was seen alongside Allu Arjun, paying respects to their grandmother.
What truly warmed fans’ hearts was the moment when Ram Charan’s mother, Surekha (daughter of the late Allu Kanakaratnam), brought the two actors together and encouraged them to embrace.
The emotional video quickly went viral, with fans expressing joy that the cousins have buried their differences and rekindled their bond.
