Gaayapadda Simham completes censor

Gaayapadda Simham, starring Tharun Bhascker, has successfully completed its censor formalities and received a U/A certificate, paving the way for its release on May 1st. Early reports from the censor process and industry buzz suggest a positive response to the film.

Directed by debutant Kasyap Sreenivas, the film is presented by Pavan Sadineni and produced by Kalyana Chakravarthy Manthina, Bhanu Kiran Pratapa, Vijay Krishna Lingamaneni, and Umesh Bansal.

The film reportedly blends comedy with a meaningful message, revolving around themes like deportation and the pursuit of the American dream.

Alongside Tharun Bhascker, the film features Faria Abdullah and Maanasa Choudhary as the female leads. The supporting cast includes Vishnu Oi, Harshavardhan, and Subhalekha Sudhakar, with JD Chakravarthy appearing in a negative-shaded role.

A major highlight of the film is an extended cameo by popular actor Sree Vishnu, which is expected to add to its appeal.

Speaking about the film, Faria Abdullah described Gaayapadda Simham as an intriguing and refreshing entertainer, adding that director Kasyap Sreenivas has presented the story in a unique way.
