The release date for “Game Changer,” directed by Shankar and starring Ram Charan, is unknown at this time. A few months ago, the makers planned to release it either in the last week of September 2024 or during Deepavali 2024.
However, following the announcement of “Devara” for the Dasara period, the makers of “Game Changer” are said to be looking for a December 2024 release date. This is the current buzz in the film industry. Both Ram Charan and producer Dil Raju are committed to releasing the film by December.
There’s also speculation that if the film misses the December deadline, it will be pushed to Sankranthi 2025, which has already been crowded with films like Chiranjeevi’s “Vishwambhara”, Nagarjuna’s “Bangarraju 2” and Venkatesh – Anil Ravipudi’s film. The latter date has remote possibilities.
The shooting of “Game Changer” is expected to be completed in three months. Shankar, Ram Charan, and Dil Raju met two months ago and agreed to complete the shoot by March. However, given Shankar’s perfectionist style, the deadline will be extended even further. The film requires a minimum of 4 to 5 months for post-production. Hence, Dil Raju is looking for an ideal date in the last quarter of 2024.
“Game Changer” stars Ram Charan as an IAS officer and Kiara Advani as his love interest and fellow officer. Anjali plays an important role. Thaman is providing the music. Dil Raju and Sirish are producing it on SVC banner and it is their prestigious 50th production.
