Aleena Shaji, popularly known as Ivana, made a stunning impression with her Tamil film, Love Today. In 2022, it was also got released the film under the same name in Telugu, where it quickly became a big hit. Soon after that, producer Dil Raju signed her in one of his productions.
Ivana was thrilled to step into Telugu cinema through Dil Raju Productions’ film. She signed “Selfish,” opposite Asish, the son of Dil Raju’s production partner, Sirish. But after completing 50 percent of the shooting, Dil Raju felt this film needed a complete rework and stopped it. Consequently, her debut Telugu film faced significant challenges.
While she was working on “Selfish,” she secured another film project. That film is now gearing up for release. The film stars Sree Vishnu as the lead actor. Ketika Sharma plays one of the heroines. But Ivana is the main attraction, as is the other female lead.
Therefore, this Sree Vishnu film will mark her official debut in Telugu cinema.
