“Jawan” starring Shah Rukh Khan is currently trending at national chains. The booking app is always buzzing with ticket sales. According to estimates, the film grossed more than 50 Cr in advance bookings. If the march continues, it will break the “Pathaan” record.
Advance bookings for “Jawan” are generally higher, however national chains are falling short due to programming concerns and competing films.
The major chains hope to sell 5 lakh tickets, which would be the third or fourth greatest number of tickets ever sold.
Advance bookings for “Jawan” are at an all-time high in West Bengal and South India. The Telugu version is making a tremendous impression in advance sales. After “Brahmastra,” this is the only Hindi film with massive advance bookings in Telugu states for its dubbed version.
“Jawan” is directed by Atlee and co-produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma. The film will be released in theaters globally on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
