Kangana Ranaut never minces words when it comes to criticizing Bollywood’s most famous actors.
She slammed Priyanka Chopra, who had stated that she wanted equal remuneration with male leads.
Kangana said she was the first actor in the Hindi film industry to fight for wage equality. She also said some female actors work for free.
Kangana further alleged that even today, many A-listers (women) in Bollywood continue to work without pay and are pressured to give ‘other’ favors.
Kangana’s remark that some actresses provide “other favors” sparked outrage.
