Know how Khushi Kapoor missed her Telugu debut!

Janhvi Kapoor has already acted in two Telugu films. Her first outing, “Devara”, turned out to be a blockbuster, while her second film, “Peddi”, hit theatres today. In a short span, she has gained considerable popularity among Telugu audiences.

Interestingly, it was her younger sister Khushi Kapoor who was initially considered for the role of Achiyamma in “Peddi”. The makers reportedly felt that Khushi was too young to be paired opposite Ram Charan in a role that required a more mature screen presence.

As a result, the team eventually finalized Janhvi Kapoor for the part. In a way, Khushi’s Telugu debut was delayed because the opportunity ultimately went to her elder sister.

Khushi Kapoor, the younger daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, has already made her acting debut in the Hindi film industry. However, she is yet to score a major success as an actress. While she enjoys a strong following on social media, particularly on Instagram, she is still waiting for a breakthrough role on the big screen.

It remains to be seen which filmmaker will introduce Khushi Kapoor to Telugu cinema.
