Long filming schedules continue for AA22xA6

The shooting of Allu Arjun’s film has been underway in Mumbai for the past couple of months. Although the team is taking occasional breaks in between, the schedules are not coming to a grinding halt or facing prolonged stoppages.

Director Atlee has planned to wrap up major sci-fi portions and sequences involving international technicians and global actors at the earliest. Hence, the Mumbai schedule has been progressing with continuous filming.

A team of Hollywood technicians and stuntmen from various parts of the world is currently working on the film at a specially erected set in Mumbai. Allu Arjun has been making weekly round trips from Hyderabad to Mumbai.

Touted to be the most expensive film in South Indian cinema, this sci-fi drama features Allu Arjun in a dual role. Deepika Padukone plays a key role, while actresses like Mrunal Thakur are expected to join the shoot later.

Produced by Sun Pictures, top Hollywood visual effects studios are also involved in the project.
