Luckunnodu in huge demand for Republic Day
With Singham 3 opting out for release on Republic Day the biggest gainer at the box office turned out to be Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Luckunnodu’ with distributors lining up to grab the film for the Republic Day theatrical release- it is an unprecedented demand.
The movie slated for release earlier on February 3 will now release on 26thJanuary. The producer of the film MVV Satyanarayana was quick to grab this opportunity and decided to treat the republic day holiday crowd and the long weekend movie audience with Vishnu’s action comedy flick Luckunnudo. The movie has already got the clearance from censor board.
The biggest thrust came from Nizam’s area with around 170+ screens getting ready to release the film. The demand from the USA market screen owners are also swelling as there is no Telugu film that is ready for release this weekend.
The distributor of the film plans to have a special premiere of Luckunnodu in USA on Wednesday US standard time.
