Actor Prakash Raj was unequivocal in his assessment of Manchu Vishnu’s performance as president of the MAA (Movie Artiste’s Association). “His track record as president is dismal. His work results are zero,” Prakash Raj stated emphatically.
Two years ago, Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu contested for the position of MAA president, and Vishnu won the elections and became president. Vishnu promised to construct a permanent MAA office in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. During his campaign, he even presented a plot of property in Jubilee Hills in a video and claimed to have built the office with his own money.
However, establishing a building for the MAA remained a pipe dream. Prakash Raj pointed out that Vishnu and his team did nothing after taking over the seats.
He urged the MAA members, as well as the powerful figures who supported the present team’s success, to consider the moral implications of their actions.
