There were reports that Nayanthara backed out of her Bollywood debut. It was also said that Samantha came forward to step in the project in place of Nayanthara. But it has now been confirmed that Nayanthara comes back on board for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film.
She had signed the film couple of months ago to pair up with SRK in director Atlee’s maiden Hindi movie. But SRK has stalled the film’s shooting as his son Aryan Khan landed in a drug case. As his son is back home after getting bail in the case, SRK is all set to resume the shoot of Atlee’s film.
Nayanthara thought of leaving the film as she had to give her call sheets to Chiranjeevi’s ‘Godfather’. But now, everything has been sorted out. Buzz is that she plays an investigative officer in the film who also falls in love with Shah Rukh Khan.
Besides Nayanthara, the film also features three more female leads. On the other hand, Samantha is also looking for a big Bollywood project to make her debut.
