Nikhil Siddharth’s Swayambhu locks release date
Nikhil Siddharth’s ambitious historical action drama “Swayambhu” has officially wrapped its shoot after a massive two-year journey and 170 days of filming. The team also released a video chronicling the entire process.
Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari and produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under Pixel Studios, the film stands as one of Nikhil’s biggest projects since Karthikeya 2. Mounted on a grand scale, “Swayambhu” delves into India’s cultural heritage through the story of a powerful warrior.
The newly released “Rise of Swayambhu” video offers a glimpse into the film’s world-building, Nikhil’s physical transformation, and the extensive set work that expanded the vision far beyond a single film.
The video also introduces key technicians, including Senthil Kumar (of Baahubali, RRR) as the Director of Photography and Ravi Basrur (KGF) as the music director. The film stars Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh as the female leads.
“Swayambhu” is set for a worldwide release on Maha Shivaratri — February 13, 2026.
