Nithin eyeing on big haul in overseas
Nithin struck gold with Trivikram’s ‘A Aa’. The film was blockbuster and performed well in all territories but the movie’s success in US market is more noticeable. It collected 2.49 million dollars and stood at fourth position in all-time highest grossers among Telugu movies in USA after ‘Baahubali 1 &2’ and ‘Srimanthudu’.
He should strengthen this market. He is hoping that ‘LIE’ would help him in developing a stead market for his movies there. If it crosses more than one-million dollars, overseas buyers would buy his movies for fancy rates. Even though the film is competing with ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’ and Rana’s ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’, it has edge over these two movies in USA.
‘LIE’ is also set in the backdrop of USA. The film premieres tonight.
