“Devara,” starring NTR, will release on September 27. This is the first installment of this two-parter. As the release date approaches, NTR and the team are promoting the film.
In an interview, NTR revealed why they have decided to split the story into two parts. “When we started the film, our goal was to make it into one film. But as the shooting progressed, we understood that all these characters needed a perfect arc. This is rich with many powerful characters,” he stated.
“We realized that characters like Bhaira, played by Saif Ali Khan, have intriguing situations and they need full-fledged narrative. Similarly, the life of Devara strongly influences Janhvi Kapoor’s role. Despite the captivating love story, Janhvi Kapoor’s role extends beyond a mere song and dance routine. To narrate such characters in an engrossing way, it needed two parts,” he added.
NTR also revealed that the second part of “Devara” is going to be a delightful experience.
