Varun Tej’s Telugu-Hindi bilingual “Operation Valentine” has done exceptionally well in bringing revenues to the producers. Varun Tej’s latest films failed to make an impression at the box office. Nonetheless, this film has pulled off some impressive pre-release non-theatrical deals.
The non-theatrical rights to the film were sold for a hefty Rs 50 crore. Non-theatrical rights for all languages included satellite, digital/streaming, audio, and other rights.
Varun Tej plays a valiant Air Force pilot in the film, which highlights the tenacious qualities of our Air Force heroes on the frontlines.
The film generated a lot of buzz because of its nationalistic message and massive scale. Manushi Chhillar is making her Telugu debut.
‘Operation Valentine’ is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions and Renaissance Pictures’ Sandeep Mudda, with Nandakumar Abbineni and God Bless Entertainment co-producing. The film is directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada and is set to be released on December 8, 2023.
