Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan will be contesting the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections in 2024. As the president of the Jana Sena party, he contests as a Jana Sena party candidate from the Pithapuram assembly constituency.
He has resided in Hyderabad for several decades. Since he is running from the Pithapuram assembly constituency, he has rented a house in Pithapuram assembly constituency. In addition, he also vowed to build a home here in the future. He has currently discovered a rental property in the village of Chebrolu, located in the Gollaprolu mandal, which is in close proximity to Pithapuram town.
This three-storey building is owned by Oduri Nageshwara Rao, a farmer who is a fan of the actor-politician. Therefore, he is waiving the rental fee for Pawan Kalyan.
As a PawanKalyan fan, I will not charge him any rent for the building he mentioned. Nageswara Rao stated that he would accept a nominal sum of one rupee, solely for the purpose of documentation.
