Peddi: Samyuktha item song reports are fake

Social media is currently abuzz with reports that Samyuktha has been finalized for the special song in “Peddi.” However, sources have informed Telugucinema.com that no actress has been locked in yet for the song.

The claims that Samyuktha will begin shooting for the number from April 22 are completely false.

This is not the first time such speculation has surfaced. Earlier, names like Mrunal Thakur were linked to the song. Later, reports mentioned Nayan Sarika and Manasa Varanasi. Now, social media has moved on to “finalizing” Samyuktha’s name, all without any official confirmation.

The truth is that the team is planning to shoot the special song next month, but the casting is still under discussion.

“Peddi” stars Ram Charan as the lead, with Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Two songs — “Chikiri Chikiri” and “Rai Rai Raa Raa” — have already been released, along with two video glimpses.

Directed by Buchi Babu and produced by Vriddhi Cinemas, “Peddi” is currently slated for a June release.
