People Media Factory is on a roll. The production house is working on a number of major projects, including one starring Prabhas and directed by Maruthi. The latest rumor has it that the production company has purchased the entire theatrical rights to “Adipurush” for a record price.

The film will be released in theaters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana by People Media Factory, which will also serve as the main production company for the Telugu version.
“Adipurush,” an epic based on Ramayana, is directed by OM Raut, and stars Prabhas as Lord Ram. The trailers and songs have gotten positive buzz. The pre-release event will be held in Tirupathi next month.
“Adipurush” will be released on June 16.
