There have been reports that Prabhas backed out of doing a quickie project in the direction of Maruthi. Insiders say Prabhas has not rejected the film yet. But he wants more clarity about director Prashanth Neel’s plans about ‘Salaar’.
Until then, he will not decide on Maruthi’s film.
Now that Prashanth Neel has become a brand after the stupendous success of ‘KGF 2’, the film ‘Salaar’ will do unimaginable pre-release business and see that the hype around it grows further as the release day nears. No wonder Prabhas is in confusion about the release plans of ‘Salaar’.
Director Maruthi is ready with the script and everything. All he needs is the final call from Prabhas. As of now, Prabhas – Maruthi film has not been shelved. At the same time, it will not hit the floors immediately.
