Priyadarshi’s ‘Idupu Kayitham’ eyes December 2026 release

Idupu Kayitham, starring Priyadarshi in the lead role, is gearing up for a theatrical release in the first week of December.

The film is jointly produced by prominent producer Bunny Vas under Bunny Vas Works and acclaimed filmmaker Sukumar under Sukumar Writings. Actress Nagadurga, who shot to fame with her Telangana folk songs, plays the female lead. The film is directed by Vamsi Reddy Dondapati.

Set against the backdrop of a Telangana family, “Idupu Kayitham” is billed as an entertaining drama with a strong local flavour. 

Even before shooting began, the film grabbed attention with its unusual title. It quickly became a talking point on social media, with many praising its unique and rooted appeal. The first-look poster, unveiled during the launch event, also received an encouraging response.

The makers are set to begin regular shooting shortly and are planning to bring the film to theatres in the first week of December.
